Hot and Sweet Crockpot Sticky Ribs

Perfect combination of a little heat and a little sweet with a sticky glaze. Cooked in the crockpot low and slow and finish them off in the oven! Great weeknight recipe with some rice!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rack Spareribs
  • 2-3 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 Cups Spiceology Maui WoWee Sasoning See Notes*
  • 1/2 Cups Buffalo Wild Wings Mango Habanero Sauce
  • 1/2 Cups Teriyaki Glaze Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Remove sliver skin from the back side of your ribs. You can use a butter knife to lift the skin up and a paper towel to grab and pull the skin off.
  • Cut your ribs into quarters or thirds so it can fit into your crock pot.
  • Cover both sides with mustard.
  • Season both sides with Maui Wowee
  • Brush both sides with the Mango Habanero. The more you put the more heat you'll get!
  • Place into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat pulls from the bone.
  • Transfer your ribs onto a baking sheet, brush the top meat part Teriyaki sauce and place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes or until they are bubbly and sticky.
  • Serve with rice or your favorite side.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have the Maui Wowee you can use a mix of 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
