Gooey Brownies

Perfect mixture of milk and dark chocolate chips in these gooey brownies. My family eats these as fast as I can make them!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs Room Temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 oz Dark Brewed Coffee Cooled
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup 60% Dark Cocoa Chocolate Chunks or Chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brew 4 oz of Dark Coffee and place it in the refrigerator.
  • In the bowl of a mixer, add butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream for 2-3 minutes. With the mixer on low, add in one egg at a time followed by the vanilla extract and cold coffee.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Take off the mixer and fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the 9×13 and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean.
  • Let it rest on the counter for 30 minutes before cutting.
