Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¾ Cup BBQ Sauce

Baked Potatoes

  • 2-4 Russet Potatoes
  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2-3 Sheets of Foil

Instructions
 

  • Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them on one side of the crockpot.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce over the seasoned chicken breasts.
  • Wash the russet potatoes and pat them dry.
  • Rub the outside skin of the potatoes with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the oiled potatoes.
  • Wrap each potato tightly in foil.
  • Place the foil-wrapped potatoes on the opposite side of the crockpot from the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, until the potatoes are soft and the chicken easily pulls apart.
  • Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the crockpot.
  • Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and mix it with the leftover juices in the crockpot.
  • Add more BBQ sauce to the shredded chicken if desired.
  • Carefully unwrap the baked potatoes from the foil.
  • Top the baked potatoes with the BBQ pulled chicken mixture.
  • Add any additional toppings you like. Some good options are butter, cheese, sour cream, SPG, and chives.
