Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Chicken Breast
  • 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can of Green Chilies and Tomatoes
  • 1 Can of Corn Drained
  • 1 Can of Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 Onion Diced Small
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 8 Cups Chicken Broth

Optional Toppings

  • Sour Cream
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Lime Juice
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions
 

  • Add everything but the toppings to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken shreds easily.
  • Remove chicken to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Add chicken back to crockpot. Taste broth and adjust salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
