Oven Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 6-8 Golden Potatoes cut into 6 wedges each
- 2-3 Tbsp of oil with a high smoke point
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of dried rosemary
- Salt pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Fill a large bowl halfway with water and add the cut potatoes. Let them soak for 20 minutes to reduce starch content.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the potatoes on a large sheet tray.
- Season the potatoes with oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary. Toss the potatoes to ensure each side is coated evenly. If the potatoes don’t appear well-coated, add more seasoning as needed.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-60 minutes. After 20 minutes, toss the potatoes and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispness.
- Once done, allow the potatoes to rest for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder according to your preference.
- Serve and enjoy!
