About Me

Hi, I’m Bailee

I’m the founder of Bailee’s Kitchen.

I’ve loved cooking for as long as I can remember. Food has always been how I connect with people, tell stories, and make everyday life feel a little more special. I graduated from the Culinary School of Fort Worth in 2014, but my love for cooking started long before that—in home kitchens, family dinners, and feeding the people I love.

In January 2022, I began sharing my recipes and cooking content online, not expecting it to turn into anything more than a creative outlet. What grew from that was a community of home cooks who wanted flavorful food that felt approachable, comforting, and real.

A Personal Why

In 2024, my dad had to switch to a low-sodium diet, and we quickly realized how difficult it was to find seasonings that were both low in sodium and full of flavor. Everything felt bland or overly processed. So I did what I know how to do best—and started blending my own.

Today, Bailee’s Kitchen is a woman-owned, small-batch seasoning company focused on bold flavor without relying on heavy salt. Every blend is created to be versatile, easy to use, and made for real-life cooking—whether that’s a busy weeknight dinner or a meal shared with family and friends.

Growing From Home

What started in my kitchen is now growing across Texas. Bailee’s Kitchen seasonings are sold in multiple Market Street and United locations, as well as independent retailers, with more stores being added as we grow.

Meet Pepper the Pot

If you’ve seen the bottles up close, you’ve probably noticed that Pepper the Pot has a bit of a wild side.

Pepper is curious, energetic, and a little unhinged—in the best way. She’s often spotted chasing animals she plans to cook or dancing with a chicken that clearly has no idea what’s coming next. It’s all part of her charm.

Pepper represents the playful side of cooking. The part that isn’t precious or perfect. She’s a reminder that food should be fun, creative, and sometimes a little messy. Cooking is an adventure, and Pepper is always right in the middle of it. You’ll find her on every Bailee’s Kitchen label, bringing personality, humor, and a wink of chaos to the kitchen while cheering you on to cook boldly and enjoy the process.
