Ingredients
- 24 oz Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 3-4 Tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 Tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan + more for topping
Instructions
- Clean and remove stems from each Brussels Sprout.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels Sprouts with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and 3 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan.
- Preheat the air fryer.
- Cook the Brussels Sprouts for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Toss them and continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Top the Brussels Sprouts with extra Parmesan cheese.
