Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Avocado
  • 3 Roasted Habaneros Stems removed. Leave the seeds for hot remove for medium
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Juice of Half a Lime
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3-6 Tbsp Milk Can be replaced with coconut milk or water to make the dressing Vegan.

Instructions

  • Turn air fryer on 400. Lightly cover habaneros with olive oil spray. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until roasted.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender except the milk. Blend until smooth. Slowly add in milk 1 Tbsp at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
