Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp of butter
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 8 ounces of mushrooms finely chopped
- 5-6 cloves of garlic minced
- 15- ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 15- ounce jar of Cheese Whiz
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 16 ounces of frozen broccoli cooked
- Salt pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- Optional: a pinch of cayenne for some heat
