Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and place them on one side of the crockpot.

Pour the BBQ sauce over the seasoned chicken breasts.
Wash the russet potatoes and pat them dry.
Rub the outside skin of the potatoes with olive oil.

Wrap each potato tightly in foil.
