Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Easy and delicious crockpot soup with a rich broth.
Ingredients
- 3 Large Chicken Breast
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can of Green Chilies and Tomatoes
- 1 Can of Corn Drained
- 1 Can of Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
- 1 Onion Diced Small
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 8 Cups Chicken Broth
Optional Toppings
- Sour Cream
- Cheddar Cheese
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Lime Juice
- Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Add everything but the toppings to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken shreds easily.
- Remove chicken to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Add chicken back to crockpot. Taste broth and adjust salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
