Fun Cookies
Cake batter flavored cookies with fun sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Butter
- ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Rainbow Long Sprinkles
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
- In the bowl of a mixer, cream together butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes or until pale in color. Add in 1 egg at a time mixing in between. Add in extracts. You can use vanilla extract if you do not have the cake batter.
- Add all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder) and mix until all the ingredients come together. Mix in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop out 3 tablespoons worth of dough. Roll into a ball and place 2 in apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
