1CupUnsalted ButterRoom Temperature
1CupGranulated Sugar
1Cup Brown Sugar
4EggsRoom Temperature
1tspVanilla Extract
4ozDark Brewed CoffeeCooled
1CupAll-Purpose Flour
1CupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1tspSalt
1tspBaking Powder
1CupMilk Chocolate Chips
1Cup60% Dark Cocoa Chocolate Chunks or Chips
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Brew 4 oz of Dark Coffee and place it in the refrigerator.
In the bowl of a mixer, add butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream for 2-3 minutes. With the mixer on low, add in one egg at a time followed by the vanilla extract and cold coffee.
Add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined. Take off the mixer and fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the 9×13 and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean.
Let it rest on the counter for 30 minutes before cutting.
