Cheese Filling
28 ozBlocks of Cream CheeseRoom Temperature
24ozSmall Curd Cottage Cheese

1/4CupParmesan cheese
2CupShredded Mozzarella CheeseDivided
12ozOven Ready Lasagna Noodles
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
To a large pot over medium heat, add beef and sausage. Break up the meat while browning. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Halfway through browning add mushrooms and onions. Continue cooking until the meat is brown. Add in garlic cloves and spaghetti sauce. Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally. Taste and adjust seasoning.
To a large bowl, mix all the cheese ingredients, besides 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Spray a deep dish 9 x 13 with non-stick cooking spray. Add ½ cup of meat sauce, noodles, 1/3 of the meat sauce, ½ of the cheese filling, noodles, sauce, cheese, and repeat. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Place in the oven (I put this on top of a larger baking dish to catch any drippings) and bake for 40-45 minutes. If the cheese starts to get to brown cover with foil.
Let it rest on the counter for 20 minutes then dig in!
