Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Easy bone in pork chops that are quick and scrumptious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork Chops, Thick Cut, Bone-In
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Smoked Paprika Each, Add More or Less
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 3 Green Onions Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Season all sides with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onions Powder, and Smoked Paprika.
  • Preheat your grill to medium or 350 degrees. You can also cook in a pan over medium heat.
  • In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, water, and ketchup. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook till it thickens. Stir often.
  • Cook your pork chops till they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees. While cooking, bast your pork chops ever so often with the sauce.
  • Once pork chops are done, serve with white rice, top with green onions and the left-over sauce. Enjoy!
