Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Easy bone in pork chops that are quick and scrumptious!
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops, Thick Cut, Bone-In
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Smoked Paprika Each, Add More or Less
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 3 Green Onions Chopped
Instructions
- Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Season all sides with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onions Powder, and Smoked Paprika.
- Preheat your grill to medium or 350 degrees. You can also cook in a pan over medium heat.
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, water, and ketchup. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook till it thickens. Stir often.
- Cook your pork chops till they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees. While cooking, bast your pork chops ever so often with the sauce.
- Once pork chops are done, serve with white rice, top with green onions and the left-over sauce. Enjoy!
