  • 2 Tbsp water

For Assembly:

  • 6 hoagie rolls

  • Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and jalapeno to the pan.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
  • Remove the veggies from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Chipotle Mayo:

  • While the veggies are cooking, add the mayo, chipotles in adobo, and water to a blender.
  • Blend for about 20 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Set it aside.

Cook the Beef:

  • In the same pan, add another 1 Tbsp of oil.
