Shrimp and Crab Ceviche

This Shrimp and Crab Ceviche is a refreshing and flavorful dish perfect for any occasion. Combining roughly chopped cooked shrimp and shredded imitation crab with diced onion, jalapeños, chopped cilantro, and tomatoes creates a vibrant and colorful mixture. The juice of fresh limes enhances the flavors, while a blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder adds the perfect touch of seasoning.

For added freshness and texture, you can include chopped avocado and seedless cucumber, serving the avocado on the side to maintain its texture if you don’t consume all the ceviche at once. This dish is best served chilled, either immediately or after letting it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy it with tostadas or chips, and add mayonnaise, Tapatio hot sauce, or ketchup according to your preference. This ceviche is a delightful blend of seafood and fresh ingredients, making it an ideal choice for a light meal or appetizer.
