Ingredients
1Slab of Baby Back or Spareribs
1Onionsliced
2tspOnion Powder
2tspGarlic Powder
2tspSalt
2tspBlack Pepper
12ozBuffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce
Optional: Teriyaki Glaze
Instructions
Start by preparing the ribs. Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. Season both sides generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Make sure to coat the ribs evenly with these seasonings.
Cover both sides with a good amount of the Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce.
Place the sliced onions at the bottom of your crockpot.
Now, stand the seasoned ribs upright in the crockpot, curving them as needed to fit. Ensure the meat side is facing inward.
Set your crockpot to cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. You’ll know the ribs are ready when the meat easily pulls away from the bone, leaving them clean.
For an extra layer of flavor and a sticky sweet texture, consider this optional step: Transfer the cooked ribs to a sheet tray lined with foil. Drizzle them with the optional teriyaki glaze.
Place the ribs under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the glaze becomes bubbly and caramelized. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
Serve your delectable sweet and sticky ribs alongside white rice, steamed broccoli, and don’t forget to include the onions and juices from the bottom of the crockpot. Enjoy your delicious meal!
