Taco Soup
Taco soup is a flavorful and hearty dish that draws inspiration from the traditional Mexican flavors found in tacos. It's a versatile and easy-to-make soup that typically includes a combination of ingredients commonly found in tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Chopped
- 5 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon Beef
- 10 oz Can of Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 15 oz Can of Western/Mixed Chili Beans
- 15 oz Can of Corn Drained
- 14 oz Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 4 Cups of Water
Instructions
- Add meat, onions, and jalapeno to a large pot. Break up the meat.
- Once the meat is halfway cooked add in garlic, taco seasoning, and beef bouillon.
- When the meat is no longer pink, add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer for at least 20 minutes. If you have time cook for an hour or two.
