Witch’s Hats
Breakfast sausage bottoms with a pancake top.
Ingredients
- 8 Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 1 Cup Pancake Mix
- Milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Press sausage patties into the bottom of a muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the pancake mix according to the package. Replace the water with milk.
- Pull the muffin tin out of the oven and pour pancake mix over each sausage patty. Fill to the top of the muffin tin. Place back in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let them rest on the counter for 2-3 minutes, then run a knife along the edge of each muffin. This will make them easier to remove from the pan.
- Serve alongside warm syrup.
