- 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 4 lbs Pork Country Boneless Ribs
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Seasoning:
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Cayenne
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Topping:
- Hamburger Buns
- Sliced Onions
- BBQ Sauce
In your crockpot, layer the sliced onions at the bottom. Pour in the Dr. Pepper, followed by the Liquid Smoke and chopped garlic cloves. Place the pork ribs on top and brush them with honey.
