- In your crockpot, layer the sliced onions at the bottom. Pour in the Dr. Pepper, followed by the Liquid Smoke and chopped garlic cloves. Place the pork ribs on top and brush them with honey. Mix the seasoning ingredients together and sprinkle them over the pork ribs. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- The pork is ready when it easily shredded with two forks.
- Serve the pulled pork on toasted buns, topped with BBQ sauce and fresh onions. Enjoy!
