Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
Season all sides with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onions Powder, and Smoked Paprika.
Preheat your grill to medium or 350 degrees. You can also cook in a pan over medium heat.
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, water, and ketchup. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook till it thickens. Stir often.
Cook your pork chops till they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees. While cooking, bast your pork chops ever so often with the sauce.
Once pork chops are done, serve with white rice, top with green onions and the left-over sauce. Enjoy!
