Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups quick oats
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms holiday colors
  • ½ cup holiday sprinkles not the small sugar/crystal sprinkle kind

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In the mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars for 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, followed by peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  • Add oats, salt, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
  • Using a spatula, fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, M&Ms, and sprinkles.
  • Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake on the center rack for 17-18 minutes. Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or plate.
  • This recipe yields 3 dozen cookies. Bake 12 at a time, one tray at a time.
