Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In the mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars for 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, followed by peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Add oats, salt, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
Using a spatula, fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, M&Ms, and sprinkles.
Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake on the center rack for 17-18 minutes. Allow the cookies to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or plate.
This recipe yields 3 dozen cookies. Bake 12 at a time, one tray at a time.
