Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan + more for topping

Method
 

  1. Clean and remove stems from each Brussels Sprout.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels Sprouts with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and 3 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan.
  3. Preheat the air fryer.
  4. Cook the Brussels Sprouts for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Toss them and continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
