Honey Garlic Lime Baked Salmon
The perfect mix of sweet and tangy.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Whole Salmon
- ½ Cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Chili Paste
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Zest of a Lime
- 2 Limes Juice
- ½ Cup Chopped Cilantro
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- To a large bowl add honey, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, honey, chili paste, garlic, lime zest, and juice. Mix till combined.
- To a large baking sheet lined with foil, add your salmon. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Pour mixture over salmon. Enclose the salmon in the foil and bake for 30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees.
- Uncover salmon and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully! You just want the top to get a nice golden color.
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve with white rice. Don’t forget to spoon over the left-over sauce!
