Honey Garlic Lime Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Whole Salmon
  • ½ Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Paste
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Zest of a Lime
  • 2 Limes Juice
  • ½ Cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • To a large bowl add honey, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, honey, chili paste, garlic, lime zest, and juice. Mix till combined.
  • To a large baking sheet lined with foil, add your salmon. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Pour mixture over salmon. Enclose the salmon in the foil and bake for 30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees.
  • Uncover salmon and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully! You just want the top to get a nice golden color.
  • Top with fresh cilantro and serve with white rice. Don’t forget to spoon over the left-over sauce!
