Pecan Streusel Coffee Bundt Cake
Easy and sweet Bundt bake.
Ingredients
Streusel
- 1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter Room Tempature
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg Room Temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
Glaze
- 1 Cup Powder Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour your Bundt pan.
- = In a medium bowl, add all the streusel mixture and mix till combined.
- In the bowl of a mixer, add soft butter and 1cup of sugar. Mix for 2-3 minutes or until it is pale in color.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix till incorporated. Slowly add in your dry ingredients. Mix till incorporated. Add in milk and sour cream and mix till smooth.
- Add half of the streusel mix to the bottom of your pan, top with half of the cake mix, and repeat.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean.
- Let the cake rest for 10 minutes. Flip cake over and remove from the pan.
- Let the cake completely cool then top with the glaze and extra pecans.
