Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour your Bundt pan.
= In a medium bowl, add all the streusel mixture and mix till combined.
In the bowl of a mixer, add soft butter and 1cup of sugar. Mix for 2-3 minutes or until it is pale in color.
Add in egg and vanilla extract. Mix till incorporated. Slowly add in your dry ingredients. Mix till incorporated. Add in milk and sour cream and mix till smooth.
Add half of the streusel mix to the bottom of your pan, top with half of the cake mix, and repeat.
Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick pulls clean.
Let the cake rest for 10 minutes. Flip cake over and remove from the pan.
Let the cake completely cool then top with the glaze and extra pecans.
