Air Fried Potato Wedges and Fry Sauce
The Air Fried Potato Wedges with Fry Sauce recipe involves cutting golden potatoes into wedges, seasoning them with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ranch powder, and cooking them in an air fryer until crispy. While the potatoes cook, a fry sauce is made by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle juice, mustard, ground red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
