Fun Cookies

Cake batter flavored cookies with fun sprinkles and white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cake Batter Extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Rainbow Long Sprinkles
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  • In the bowl of a mixer, cream together butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes or until pale in color. Add in 1 egg at a time mixing in between. Add in extracts. You can use vanilla extract if you do not have the cake batter.
  • Add all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking powder) and mix until all the ingredients come together. Mix in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out 3 tablespoons worth of dough. Roll into a ball and place 2 in apart on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
