- In a slow cooker, whisk together brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and water (or beef broth).
- Add in the fully cooked frozen beef meatballs, sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve the delicious meatball mixture on top of mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
