- 1 lb Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Chopped
- 5 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon Beef
- 10 oz Can of Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 15 oz Can of Western/Mixed Chili Beans
- 15 oz Can of Corn Drained
- 14 oz Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 4 Cups of Water
Add meat, onions, and jalapeno to a large pot. Break up the meat.
Once the meat is halfway cooked add in garlic, taco seasoning, and beef bouillon.
When the meat is no longer pink, add in the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a simmer for at least 20 minutes. If you have time cook for an hour or two.
